How do I find new posts

Guys,
One of the members the other day was saying it's hard to tell what is going on with the forum because the view new posts is rapidly replaced on some days. Well the best way to keep updated is to select "View Active Posts" on the top left side of your screen. This will show you the topics that have had changes in the last 7 days, if you want to look back further than that just use the pull down selection on the bottom of that same screen. This will give you an activity over view if you haven't been on in a while.
