Westside R/C Flyers

Took 11 days, but I got in a flight! Perfect wind until I got the wing on and battery charged, then it got breezy. But.... right down the runway! Good flight, not perfect, but good.
So May is in the book! BTW, the field looks really good.

Wow! Thought I might miss it! Hard to catch the right day to get in a flight for February, but this afternoon turned out ‘good enough’ to get in two. It’s in the books now, and Kelsey got his too!
So now... it’s on for March!

Made my flight for the coming year, and had a great day over all! Kelsey burned circles with his electric plan, which proved easier than mine, because my fingers got so cold trying to get the engine started! First day of 2024!! Good weather (for January) with low winds! Several flyers there and quite a few visitors wanting entertainment. We gave it to them! Had chili too! Cool….. more ways than one. Logged my December flight to complete the year, but it’s been the most challenging! Actually a little windy for comfort but I did it!
